Focus HQ provides an easy to use yet comprehensive PPM tool that provides a clear line of sight from portfolio to project health to ensure all members of the portfolio team are working together to deliver the portfolio outcomes, through project successes.
As a project manager running multiple engagements in parallel, one of the biggest benefits of Focus HQ was that all the elements to run a successful project were in one place and collaboratively produced a well laid out and accurate project status report containing all the elements and members of the team could go and update real-time. In contrast, the other project had a spreadsheet for financials, separate tasks board for tasks, PowerPoint for status reports and emails to track actions. Although both were successful projects, FocusHQ cut my daily admin time back significantly and everything was in a consistent format.
